REGISTRATION: 10:30 AM – 12 noon at the OPCEA desk in front of the clubhouse. If you are sponsoring a hole, please drop off your gift no later than 12:00pm.
LUNCH:

Available from 11:00 AM
TEE-OFF: 1:00 PM for the 18 hole Shot Gun Event
DINNER: 6:30 PM

GOURMET BUFFET DINNER

Selection of buns and loaves with dairy butter • Chef’s choice of 3 deli-style salads • Penne with tomato basil sauce • Medley of seasonal vegetables • Garlic roasted potatoes • Assorted dessert squares • Fresh sliced fruit presentation • Freshly brewed coffee and selection of teas

HOLE SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship will maximize your company’s exposure at the tournament to all participants.

We will proudly display your Company’s name on one of the 18 holes.

To be a Hole Sponsor, the cost is $200 and a prize with a minimum $50 value. Please drop off your prize at the registration table upon arrival.

Any member company not registering a team but would like to sponsor a hole can do so by emailing the golf coordinators (Kyle Klempner Kyle@bishopwater.ca or Gary Fricke Gary@fwscanada.ca to make the appropriate arrangements. Please Note, the sponsorship prize with minimum $50 value must be delivered to Kyle or Gary minimum one (1) week prior to the Golf Tournament date.                

REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

  • A ticket for complimentary small bucket of driving range balls.
  • Barbeque lunch ticket (lunch will be available from 11 AM).
  • One adult beverage ticket
  • 18 holes of golf (4 person Scramble) with shared cart
  • A Beef Brisket/Herb chicken/Atlantic Salmon dinner will be served at 6:30 PM
  • Chance to win any of our hole-sponsored prizes.

NOTE:  OPCEA Members – For those companies inviting guests that need to pay their own way, please register and pay for all golfers in your twosome or foursome. Following the tournament, you will be reimbursed by OPCEA, the amount of $35.00 + HST, for any golfer in your group who utilizes the **Pay-Your-WAY** program.
