Booth Registration 

We are pleased to announce that exhibitor booth sales are now open exclusively to OPCEA members for the 2026 WEAO Technical Symposium & OPCEA Exhibition, taking place April 12–14, 2026 at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. As a valued member, you have early access to secure your preferred booth location at the member rate of $1,500 + HST.

Please note:
On February 1, 2026, booth sales will open to the broader industry, and the booth fee will increase to $2,000 + HST.

You MUST be an OPCEA MEMBER to exhibit this year. Each member company may purchase a maximum of two (2) booths. Registration link will be emailed to members when registration opens.

Non-member – $549 + HST = $620.37 (Price Increase April 1, 2026, to $599 +HST)

Additional People are $75 + HST = $84.50
