OPCEA Membership Application
Our association is a non-profit organization
dedicated to assisting member companies in the
promotion of their equipment and services to the
pollution control market sector of Ontario.
Originally founded in 1970 under the name Ontario
Sanitation Equipment Association, the OPCEA has
since grown to over 150 member companies whose
fields encompass a broad spectrum of equipment and
services for the air and water pollution control
marketplace.
Why your firm should become a member
In its endeavour to promote member companies and
their products, the OPCEA directly participates in
and provides the following services:
-
WEAO Annual Conference & OPCEA Equipment
Exhibition - OPCEA membership is mandatory to
all suppliers who wish to participate in this
trade show and the exhibit portion of the
conference is organized by a director of the
OPCEA.
-
OPCEA Directory and Buyers Guide - 10,000
directories are published annually and
distributed in the Ontario marketplace.
-
A combined OPCEA/WEAO magazine promotes
upcoming tradeshows and events - The OPCEA is
listed with both the Federal and Provincial
Government offices whose mandate is to promote
Canadian firms in the pollution control market.
Member companies are thus kept current with
upcoming events and opportunities.
-
Periodic discounts on tradeshow participation
and various marketing services such as magazine
advertising.
-
An annual general meeting and periodic events
sponsored by the association for the member
companies.
